📠 How to Send a Fax Using SkyPBX Online Fax Portal
Sending a fax through the SkyPBX platform is fast, secure, and easy. Follow these simple steps to fax documents directly from your browser—no fax machine required!
✅ Step 1: Go to the Fax Portal
Open your preferred web browser and visit:
🔐 Step 2: Log In
Use your SkyPBX fax credentials to log into the portal.
If you're not sure what your login is, please contact SkyPBX support at support@skypbx.com.
📨 Step 3: Click "Send Fax"
Once logged in, click the “Send Fax” button located in the main navigation panel or dashboard.
☎️ Step 4: Enter the Fax Number
In the “Recipient Fax Number” field, type the full 10-digit fax number of the recipient (e.g., 5018675309).
📎 Step 5: Attach the Document
Click the “Choose File” button to upload the document you want to fax.
You can upload PDFs, Word Docs, images, or other common file types.
Tip: You can attach multiple documents if needed.
📤 Step 6: Click “Send”
After attaching your document and verifying the fax number is correct, click the “Send” button.
Your fax will be queued and processed by the system.
📧 Step 7: Confirmation Email
Once your fax has been successfully sent, you will receive a confirmation email.
This email will confirm delivery status and time. If there was an issue (e.g., a busy line or invalid number), it will notify you to try again.
